COIL BENDING MACHINE :

The coil bending machine is suitable for bending single row and double row coils. Different bend radii can be achieved in this machine. The bend former has to be changed as per the radius required.

HEADER TUBE PUNCHING MACHINE :

The Header Tube Punching Machine is hydraulically operated and is suitable for punching holes in copper tubes. The center distance of the holes is 25.4mm. Each hole is punched by pressing the button located on the carriage. After every punching stroke, air is blown through the mandrel to blow out the punched blank. The tube clamp can be rotated to punch holes at different angular positions. The carriage houses the tube clamping assembly and this carriage is locked in position by a mechanical arrangement during the punching operation.

SWAGING MACHINE :

The swaging machine is suitable for increasing the ID of the copper tube, so that the two same size tubes can be brazed easily. In this machine the copper tube is held in position manually and with the help of pneumatic cylinder. The inside diameter of the end of the tube (approx. 25mm) is increased to the size that the outside diameter of the other tube can enter this tube. For different sizes, the swaging die has to be replaced with the suitable die.
